The Elite Palate was founded by a collaboration of well known Houston chefs who specialize is turning traditional southern cuisine into a fusion of unique spices herbs and culinary art. This collaboration was born when Chef Elmo and Chef Wendell successfully embarked upon hosting their own themed brunch events. This prompted the well known Brunchaholics Anonymous, which food critics have listed as one of the top 10 best brunch’s in Houston.
